Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Territory Sales Supervisor to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on field sales execution, particularly within the lubricants or oil & gas industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and consistently expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into profitable accounts.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and timely execution of sales plans.
  • Support product promotion activities, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate demonstrates proven experience in sales within the lubricants or oil & gas industry and shows a strong ability to grow territory performance through leadership and strategic execution.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in territory sales or field sales supervision.
  • Proven experience in the lubricants or oil & gas industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of distributor and retail sales channels.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
