Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead all HR functions and strengthen our people management systems. In this role, you will design and implement HR strategies that support business goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote a productive and compliant work environment. You will serve as a key advisor to management on all HR and organizational development matters.

Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the full HR function and drive people strategy across the organization:
- HR Strategy & Policy Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
- Training & Development: Coordinate staff training programs, career development initiatives, and performance appraisal systems.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and oversee disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
- Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- HR Advisory: Provide expert guidance to senior management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
- HR Records Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
- Workforce Planning: Lead succession planning and workforce optimization initiatives to support business continuity.
- Work Culture Development: Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, training, and labor law compliance.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
