Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage employee relations matters and resolve workplace conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Design and coordinate training, learning, and development programmes to enhance employee capabilities.
- Improve and support performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.
- Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on workplace policies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in human resource management, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and performance management practices.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
