Role Purpose

The Graphic Designer will develop visually compelling designs that support branding, printing, engraving, and merchandise production. The successful candidate will translate client ideas into creative visual outputs while maintaining strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and production-ready design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative artwork for branding, souvenirs, merchandise, engraving, and print production.
• Develop and produce high-quality visual materials for marketing and client branding needs.
• Translate client briefs into innovative and production-ready design concepts.
• Prepare and finalize artwork using CorelDRAW and other design software for printing and engraving.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs and client projects.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and production requirements.
• Support creative development of new product ideas and branding concepts.
• Ensure all design files are properly organized and production-ready.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (not compulsory if highly skilled and experienced).

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW (essential), Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, product design, and creative work.
• Experience in printing, branding, engraving, or related creative production environments is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and design formatting requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to interpret client briefs accurately.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects efficiently.
