Role Overview
The Security Personnel will support the safety and security of the healthcare facility, staff, patients, and visitors. The successful candidate will monitor premises, enforce security procedures, and maintain a secure and welcoming environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the facility premises to ensure the safety of staff, patients, and visitors.
- Control access to the facility and verify visitor entry procedures.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of assigned areas.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
- Report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches to management.
- Support crowd control and maintain order within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with organizational safety and security procedures.
- Maintain accurate security logs, records, and incident reports.
- Assist during emergency situations and follow emergency response procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to patients, visitors, and staff when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- WASSCE/Diploma or Degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ relevant experience in security services or facility security operations.
- Experience within healthcare, corporate, or hospitality environments is an advantage.
