We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to support the daily operations of the Human Resources function while contributing to employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and administrative excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
  • Assist in preparing HR correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Attendance, Leave & Performance Management

  • Monitor staff attendance, leave schedules, and absenteeism records.
  • Assist with payroll-related HR documentation and timesheet verification.
  • Support performance management activities including appraisal coordination and performance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and generate periodic HR reports for management.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and staff events.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee relations activities.
  • Support internal communication and employee feedback initiatives.

Compliance & General HR Support

  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company HR policies.
  • Support HR audits and documentation reviews.
  • Assist with training coordination and learning and development activities.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources or Administration.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations principles.
  • Membership or part-qualification in HR professional bodies will be an added advantage.
