We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support and coordinate daily business operations while ensuring efficiency across internal processes and projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily company operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
  • Monitor internal processes and workflows to improve productivity and operational performance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems and procedures.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of company projects and activities.
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, and team efforts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management on workflow performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain effective communication and operational alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
