Role Summary

The Accountant / Front Desk Officer will support daily accounting activities while managing front desk operations and customer interactions. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, provide excellent customer service, respond to online inquiries, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Support

  • Maintain accurate daily financial and sales records
  • Support cash handling, payment processing, and transaction reconciliation
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting activities
  • Prepare and organize financial documentation and reports
  • Monitor stock and sales records where required

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcome customers professionally and provide excellent in-store assistance
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries both in person and online
  • Manage customer communication through social media and messaging platforms
  • Support order processing and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general office and store administration tasks
  • Support team coordination and operational activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling customer and business information

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum SHS Certificate or higher qualification
  • Training or experience in accounting, business, or customer service is an advantage

Experience & Skills

  • Good accounting knowledge and practical experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to respond professionally to customers online
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media communication tools
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
