We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership, coordinate nursing services, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare within the University’s health facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations within the University health facility.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to professional standards and protocols.
• Assess and manage clinical cases in line with approved nursing and healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate patient care delivery to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of services.
• Implement healthcare policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing performance and support continuous professional development.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with medical practitioners, administrative staff, and external healthcare bodies.
• Maintain accurate healthcare records and prepare periodic reports for management.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Nursing or Midwifery from a recognised and accredited institution.
• Current registration as a State Registered Nurse (SRN) with the Nurses and Midwifery Council.
• Considerable post-qualification working experience in clinical or healthcare management.
• Ability to critically assess and manage clinical cases within approved professional regulations.
