Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally
- Manage front desk activities and maintain a positive customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and service requests promptly
- Respond to calls, emails, and customer communication effectively
- Provide accurate information about restaurant services and offerings
Administrative & Operational Support
- Support daily administrative and front office operations
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and customer information
- Coordinate bookings, appointments, and internal communication activities
- Assist with documentation, filing, and office organisation
- Support management with operational and customer service tasks
Guest Experience & Coordination
- Ensure customers receive timely and courteous service
- Support coordination between front office and restaurant operations teams
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organized environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a front office, customer service, or administrative role is preferred
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and front office operations
