The HR Professional will support the development and execution of human resource strategies and operations across the hospitality group. The successful candidate will contribute to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff development, and HR administration while helping to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with attendance monitoring, leave administration, and staff reporting
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Employee Relations & Staff Engagement
- Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture
- Support conflict resolution and employee welfare initiatives
- Assist in coordinating staff engagement and development programmes
- Contribute to performance management and feedback processes
Learning & Development
- Support training coordination and employee capacity-building initiatives
- Assist in identifying staff development needs across hotel operations
- Promote continuous learning and service excellence within teams
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and organisational policies
- Support payroll coordination and HR reporting activities
- Assist with audits, documentation, and HR process improvements
- Collaborate with management to support operational HR needs
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in human resources or administration is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR practices and employee management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
