Role Summary

The Front Office Associate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front office experience. The successful candidate will support customer service, administrative coordination, reservations, and daily front desk operations while maintaining high service standards.


Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally
  • Manage front desk activities and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and service requests promptly
  • Respond to calls, emails, and customer communication effectively
  • Provide accurate information about restaurant services and offerings

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support daily administrative and front office operations
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and customer information
  • Coordinate bookings, appointments, and internal communication activities
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and office organisation
  • Support management with operational and customer service tasks

Guest Experience & Coordination

  • Ensure customers receive timely and courteous service
  • Support coordination between front office and restaurant operations teams
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organized environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a front office, customer service, or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and front office operations
