Role Summary
The Preschool Teacher will create and maintain a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment for children between the ages of 2–5 years. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging educational activities that support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while fostering positive relationships with parents and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning Support
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and educational activities
- Support children’s early learning and developmental milestones
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and positive social interaction among learners
- Use engaging teaching methods and learning aids to enhance classroom participation
Child Development & Care
- Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Observe, monitor, and document children’s progress and development
- Encourage positive behaviour and healthy learning habits
Parent & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development and progress
- Provide regular feedback and updates on classroom activities
- Build positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues
Classroom Management & Administration
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and learning resources
- Maintain classroom organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Support school activities, events, and child development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with school policies and child safeguarding practices
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Preschool Education (mandatory)
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a preschool or early years teacher
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
