Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of transmission line and substation engineering projects. The successful candidate will ensure effective technical delivery, adherence to project schedules, and compliance with engineering standards across EPC and utility infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities across transmission line and substation projects
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities
• Oversee technical execution in line with approved engineering designs and specifications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth EPC project delivery
• Monitor project progress and support timely resolution of technical issues
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, utility regulations, and quality requirements
• Support design review processes for transmission and substation systems
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Contribute to continuous improvement in engineering processes and project execution

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in transmission line and substation engineering projects
• Experience working on EPC projects and utility infrastructure development
• Strong understanding of transmission line and substation design principles
