Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, manage stock control systems, and ensure the store operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve high performance standards
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store KPIs
• Manage inventory, stock control, and merchandising standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Analyse sales trends and prepare operational and performance reports
• Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and service issues
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role in a structured retail environment
• Experience in the tile and ceramic industry is strongly preferred
• Background in building materials or home improvement retail will be considered
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales management, and stock control
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial awareness with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer focus with ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in an international environment
• Fluency in English is required
