Position Summary

Kharis Management Consult Limited is seeking experienced, disciplined, and safety-conscious Tractor Operators to support agricultural and field operations.

The successful candidates will operate tractors and related equipment efficiently to support project activities, ensuring productivity, safety, and proper machine handling at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and related agricultural machinery for assigned field activities.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of tractors and equipment before and after use.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery in compliance with company and safety standards.
• Support land preparation, ploughing, planting, and other agricultural operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical faults promptly.
• Maintain proper logs of tractor usage, fuel consumption, and operational activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of assigned machinery.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to achieve operational targets.
• Assist with loading, transportation, and field support tasks where required.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Basic education qualification (BECE or equivalent) required.
• Prior experience operating tractors or agricultural machinery will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to understand and follow technical and operational instructions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to operate tractors and agricultural equipment safely.
• Good understanding of basic machine maintenance and handling.
• High level of discipline, responsibility, and reliability.
• Ability to work long hours in outdoor and field conditions.
