We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our team and help shape compelling content initiatives that support organizational and client objectives.

Role Overview

As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business goals. You will combine research, planning, storytelling, and performance analysis to create content frameworks that deliver measurable results across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with organizational and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify audience interests, industry trends, market opportunities, and emerging topics.
  • Create content frameworks, communication plans, and messaging strategies.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Prepare detailed content briefs and provide guidance to writers, designers, and content creators.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and communication across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and project teams to support campaign goals and business priorities.
  • Review, edit, and optimize content to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Monitor content performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend innovative content approaches that enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • The ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
  • A solid understanding of content marketing principles and audience engagement strategies.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in digital content strategy, social media management, SEO, or campaign planning will be an added advantage.
