Job Summary

Kharis Management Consult Limited seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Poultry Feed Mill Supervisor to oversee feed production operations within the poultry farm. The successful candidate will ensure the production of high-quality poultry feed, maintain equipment efficiency, and supervise feed mill staff to support optimal farm performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the poultry feed mill to ensure efficient production processes.
• Oversee the preparation, mixing, and quality control of poultry feed formulations.
• Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of feed mill machinery and equipment.
• Monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and feed production output.
• Enforce strict quality control, hygiene, and safety standards within the feed mill.
• Supervise and guide feed mill staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of feed production, stock usage, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with farm management to align feed production with poultry nutritional requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance feed quality and production efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant qualification or certification in Agriculture, Animal Science, Feed Production, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in feed mill operations or poultry production support.
• Strong understanding of feed formulation, milling processes, and quality control standards.
• Ability to operate and supervise feed mill machinery and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good record-keeping and reporting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to production quality and safety standards.
