As we expand our operations, we invite a highly organized and client-focused professional to join our team as an Office Administrator / Client Services Officer.

Position Summary

The Office Administrator / Client Services Officer will support the daily administrative and client service functions of the organization. The successful candidate will manage office operations, assist with loan processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure excellent customer service delivery. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
  • Support client onboarding processes and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Assist in the processing, documentation, and verification of loan applications.
  • Follow up on loan repayments and support debt recovery activities where necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure data accuracy at all times.
  • Prepare reports, business letters, and other official documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support to management and field officers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, appointments, and general communications.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and professional.
  • Support the implementation of operational improvements and process efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in administration, customer service, or financial services.
  • Previous experience in a microfinance or financial institution will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to effectively use AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
