Position Summary

The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment reliability, and supporting production objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and operational requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Adhere strictly to workplace health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Hands-on industrial or technical experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or related fields.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Relevant electrical certifications, technical training, or practical experience will be an added advantage.
