Position Summary
AT Ghana is seeking an experienced and results-driven MFS Products Manager to join the Mobile Financial Services (MFS) Department. Reporting to the Director, Mobile Financial Services, the successful candidate will lead the development and execution of MFS strategies, drive product adoption and revenue growth, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and provide thought leadership on emerging trends within the digital financial services landscape.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving innovation within the fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution
- Support the development and execution of Mobile Financial Services strategies that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across field sales, partner management, marketing, finance, and other business functions to design and implement growth initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, products, and partner requirements to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the planning and execution of initiatives that increase MFS usage among active GSM subscribers.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Product Growth & Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and develop partnership opportunities that support the MFS growth agenda.
- Build compelling business cases for new products, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
- Structure and manage promotional campaigns designed to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to expand the MFS product portfolio and strengthen market positioning.
Data Analysis & Decision Support
- Apply rigorous analytical approaches to assess business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze customer, product, and market data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop frameworks, tools, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregators, dealers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Leverage stakeholder relationships to identify new business opportunities and support transaction execution.
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate strategic initiatives and recommendations effectively to secure buy-in and approvals.
Industry Leadership & Market Intelligence
- Monitor developments within the fintech and digital financial services sectors.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitive trends, regulatory developments, and market opportunities.
- Provide thought leadership on strategic topics and contribute to shaping the future direction of the MFS business.
- Identify innovative solutions that enhance AT Ghana’s competitive advantage within the mobile financial services ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in corporate sales, corporate finance, mobile financial services, fintech, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional initiative delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Experience within the financial services, fintech, or telecommunications industry will be an advantage.
