Position Summary

We are seeking a responsible, vigilant, and disciplined Security Personnel to ensure the safety and security of children, staff, parents, and school property. The successful candidate will maintain a secure school environment, control access to the premises, and respond promptly to safety concerns or incidents.

This role is critical in supporting a safe and peaceful learning environment for all children and staff at the center.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Security Operations

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff, visitors, and school property.
• Monitor and control access to the school premises, ensuring only authorized persons enter.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and address security risks.
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management.

Access Control & Visitor Management

• Verify and register all visitors entering and leaving the premises.
• Ensure proper sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed by parents, staff, and visitors.
• Guide visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the entrance.

Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire, medical situations, or security threats.
• Support evacuation procedures and ensure children and staff safety during emergencies.
• Assist in implementing school safety protocols and drills.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
• Report all security concerns and incidents to school management in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement of school safety procedures.

General Duties

• Ensure school gates, doors, and windows are properly secured at all times.
• Assist in maintaining order during school arrival and dismissal times.
• Support management with additional security-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Basic education is required.
• Previous experience in security, guarding services, or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Training in security operations, safety procedures, or first aid is desirable.
• Ability to read and write for basic reporting and record-keeping.
