Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Accra, Ghana
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our showroom team. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, support clients through the sales process, and ensure a positive in-store experience that drives customer satisfaction and sales performance.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys engaging with customers, understands sales principles, and is passionate about delivering excellent service in a retail showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Engagement

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner within the showroom.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Sales Support & Conversion

  • Support customers through the full sales process, from enquiry to purchase completion.
  • Promote and upsell products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and documentation.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support effective selling.

Showroom Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Ensure products are well displayed and properly arranged.
  • Monitor stock availability and report shortages to management.
  • Support daily operational activities within the showroom.

Reporting & Communication

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and concerns.
  • Work closely with team members to improve service delivery and sales performance.
  • Support management with reports and updates as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales environment.
  • Experience working in a showroom or retail sales environment will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
