Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Accra, Ghana
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our showroom team. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, support clients through the sales process, and ensure a positive in-store experience that drives customer satisfaction and sales performance.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys engaging with customers, understands sales principles, and is passionate about delivering excellent service in a retail showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Engagement
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner within the showroom.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Sales Support & Conversion
- Support customers through the full sales process, from enquiry to purchase completion.
- Promote and upsell products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and documentation.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support effective selling.
Showroom Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Ensure products are well displayed and properly arranged.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages to management.
- Support daily operational activities within the showroom.
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and concerns.
- Work closely with team members to improve service delivery and sales performance.
- Support management with reports and updates as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales environment.
- Experience working in a showroom or retail sales environment will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
