We are seeking a motivated and analytical Courier Growth Associate (Performance, Engagement & Retention) to help drive courier performance, improve engagement, strengthen retention, and support workforce optimization initiatives across our operations.

Role Overview

As a Courier Growth Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and engagement of our courier network. You will monitor performance, develop retention strategies, manage incentive programs, and work closely with internal teams to ensure couriers remain productive, motivated, and supported.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, analyzing data, solving operational challenges, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic logistics business.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

You will:

  • Monitor courier productivity, utilization rates, and operational performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives where required.
  • Support the achievement of operational targets through effective workforce management.

Courier Engagement & Retention

You will:

  • Design and execute engagement initiatives that improve courier satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Organize engagement forums, meetings, and feedback sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with courier partners to enhance communication and trust.
  • Identify factors influencing courier retention and recommend practical solutions.
  • Develop strategies that encourage long-term participation and commitment.

Incentive & Rewards Management

You will:

  • Coordinate and administer courier incentive and reward programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of incentive schemes and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure fair implementation and clear communication of reward initiatives.
  • Analyze the impact of incentive programs on productivity, engagement, and retention.

Courier Reactivation & Workforce Optimization

You will:

  • Identify inactive or dormant couriers and implement re-engagement strategies.
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to reactivate underutilized couriers.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives to maintain optimal courier availability.
  • Assist in balancing courier supply with operational demand requirements.

Coaching & Development

You will:

  • Coach and mentor couriers to improve performance and professionalism.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant teams to close skill gaps.
  • Promote best practices in customer service, delivery efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Support continuous learning and development initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

You will:

  • Analyze courier performance data and operational reports.
  • Generate actionable insights that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports covering engagement, retention, workforce utilization, and performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.

Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Management

You will:

  • Investigate and resolve courier-related operational issues and escalations.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer experience, and management teams to address challenges.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between courier partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure courier concerns are addressed promptly, professionally, and effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

You should possess an HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in:

  • Business Administration
  • Human Resource Management
  • Operations Management
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • Or a related discipline

Experience

You should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Operations Management
  • Workforce Management
  • Account Management
  • Logistics Operations
  • Performance Management
  • Employee or Contractor Engagement

Experience within logistics, transportation, delivery services, e-commerce, fleet management, or related industries will be an advantage.
