Position Summary
As a Brand Ambassador (Foreign Languages), you will handle customer interactions across inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat platforms. You will resolve inquiries, manage complaints, support marketing campaigns, and ensure every customer receives a seamless and positive experience in line with company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs, clarify concerns, research issues, and provide accurate solutions or alternatives.
- Deliver excellent customer service that enhances customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Process customer forms, orders, and applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the execution of promotional activities and social media advertising campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Identify, escalate, and report priority issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in any relevant field.
- High fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Wolof.
- Ability to work in a 24-hour shift environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
