​ Key Responsibilities

​As our Transport Manager, you will take full ownership of our logistics and fleet operations. You will:

• ​Lead and manage daily transport operations to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of services.
• ​Optimize routing and scheduling to maximize fleet efficiency and minimize operational downtime.
• ​Oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and compliance with all local transport regulations and safety standards.
• ​Supervise, mentor, and motivate our team of drivers and transport staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• ​Track and analyze key performance metrics (such as fuel consumption and maintenance costs) to implement continuous improvement strategies.
• ​Collaborate with internal departments to align transport capacity with overall business demands.

​ Requirements

• ​Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• ​Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience successfully managing logistics or fleet operations.
• ​Skills:
  • ​Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • ​Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • ​Deep understanding of fleet maintenance, routing software, and transport regulations.
  • ​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
