Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems across the hotel. The successful candidate will ensure optimal indoor climate conditions, respond to maintenance requests promptly, and support the smooth operation of all HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems across hotel facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor system efficiency and ensure energy-efficient operation of cooling systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure all HVAC systems operate in compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to support overall facility operations.
• Identify system upgrades or improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and safe.

Qualifications and Experience

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls.
• Ability to diagnose and repair technical faults efficiently.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
