About the Role

A garment manufacturing company in Accra is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its team full-time. The successful candidate will develop visually compelling designs that support branding, product presentation, marketing campaigns, and overall business identity.

You will work closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to create engaging visuals that enhance product appeal and strengthen brand visibility in a competitive fashion and apparel market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visuals for marketing materials, product labels, packaging, and promotional content.
• Develop brand-consistent graphics for both digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.
• Create and edit artwork using industry-standard design tools.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and production requirements.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on design trends in fashion, textiles, and garment branding.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• An HND or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical design skills.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
