Position Overview

MENZ-KOBBS LIMITED COMPANY is seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Kumasi Operations Manager to oversee operational activities, support business expansion initiatives, and ensure efficient management of service locations within the Kumasi area.

The successful candidate will supervise operational assets, evaluate potential growth opportunities, monitor sales performance, and provide accurate reporting to support strategic business decisions. This role requires strong leadership, initiative, integrity, and a commitment to achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Supervision

• Monitor and supervise service machines across assigned locations.
• Ensure operational equipment remains functional, efficient, and properly maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections and site visits to assess operational performance and compliance.

Site Identification & Business Expansion

• Identify potential high-traffic locations and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct due diligence and feasibility assessments on prospective operational sites.
• Prepare recommendations and business cases for management review and approval.

Reporting & Financial Accountability

• Prepare comprehensive operational and sales reports for management.
• Verify sales records, bank deposits, and supporting financial documentation.
• Monitor performance indicators and highlight operational trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure accountability across assigned locations.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with site owners, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally during operational visits and business engagements.
• Support initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Compensation

Salary Range: GHS 1,500 – GHS 2,500 per month

Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, competencies, and overall performance throughout the recruitment process.
