The successful candidate will manage operational activities, identify expansion opportunities, monitor performance metrics, and provide detailed reporting to support informed business decisions. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise and monitor service machines across designated operational locations.
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and address operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and maintain service standards.
Business Development & Site Expansion
- Identify potential high-traffic locations and business opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility assessments on prospective sites.
- Present recommendations and findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on operational performance and sales activities.
- Verify daily, weekly, and monthly bank deposits against sales records.
- Review operational records and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to management.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain productive relationships with site partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally during site assessments and operational engagements.
- Support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Compensation
Salary Range: GHS 1,500 – GHS 2,500 per month
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, competencies, and overall assessment during the recruitment process.
