Position Summary
The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying prospects, engaging customers, promoting products and services, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for achieving results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification (Degree, HND, or Diploma) with a minimum age of 25 years
OR - Senior High School Certificate with a minimum age of 30 years (for applicants without tertiary education)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidence and ability to engage customers effectively.
- Passion for sales, personal growth, and career development.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
