Position Summary
Millionaires Casino is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all maintenance activities across our facilities. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of building systems, equipment, and utilities while driving preventive maintenance initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and reliable environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to ensure the reliability of facilities and equipment.
- Lead, coach, and manage the maintenance team while coordinating the activities of external contractors and service providers.
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of building systems, utilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and maximise operational performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation to support effective planning and compliance.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as company maintenance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimise maintenance processes, and reduce equipment downtime.
- Manage maintenance resources effectively while supporting cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in maintenance management or facilities maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams and managing maintenance operations within a commercial, hospitality, industrial, or similar environment.

- Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of maintenance systems, building services, equipment, and safety standards.

- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
