We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphics & Animation Specialist to join our creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring agricultural stories to life through engaging visual content, motion graphics, and animations that inform, educate, and inspire audiences across television, digital platforms, and social media.

Position Overview

As a Graphics & Animation Specialist, you will create visually compelling graphics, animations, motion content, and multimedia assets that enhance storytelling and audience engagement. You will work closely with videographers, editors, producers, and content creators to develop creative solutions that strengthen our brand and improve content performance across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will combine artistic creativity with technical expertise and a passion for visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics Design

• Design high-quality visual assets for television broadcasts, social media, websites, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations, and branding elements that align with organizational objectives.
• Create engaging infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex agricultural information.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.

Animation & Motion Graphics

• Develop professional motion graphics, title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and animated content.
• Produce 2D and motion graphic animations that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Create visual effects and animated elements for documentaries, interviews, promotional videos, and digital content.
• Collaborate with editors and producers to integrate animations seamlessly into video productions.

Multimedia Content Support

• Support video production projects by creating visual assets for television and social media content.
• Assist in editing multimedia content where required.
• Work alongside videographers and drone operators to develop visually impactful productions.
• Contribute creative ideas that improve audience engagement and content effectiveness.

Field Production Support

• Travel across Ghana to support content production and field assignments when required.
• Capture supporting visual content for multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure visual storytelling objectives are achieved.
• Adapt creative outputs to diverse production environments and audience needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Diploma, HND, Degree, or professional certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design, animation, motion graphics, or multimedia production.
• Experience creating visual content for television, digital media, social media, or advertising campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, animation, and design capabilities.
• Experience within a media, communications, or creative agency environment is an advantage.
