Your Responsibilities
As a National Service Personnel, you will:
- Support the day-to-day operations of your assigned department.
- Assist with ongoing projects through research, data analysis, reporting, and administrative support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of business activities.
- Participate actively in Nestlé’s training programmes, learning modules, and mentorship initiatives.
- Contribute innovative ideas and proactive solutions that support team and business objectives.
- Uphold and demonstrate Nestlé’s values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation in all interactions and activities.
What Will Make You Successful?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- An HND in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Eligibility to undertake National Service in accordance with local regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in French, which will be considered an added advantage.
