We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic National Service Personnel to join our team in Accra. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in a dynamic multinational environment, where you will develop professional skills, gain industry exposure, and contribute to meaningful business initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

As a National Service Personnel, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of your assigned department.
  • Assist with ongoing projects through research, data analysis, reporting, and administrative support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of business activities.
  • Participate actively in Nestlé’s training programmes, learning modules, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and proactive solutions that support team and business objectives.
  • Uphold and demonstrate Nestlé’s values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation in all interactions and activities.

What Will Make You Successful?

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • An HND in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Eligibility to undertake National Service in accordance with local regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in French, which will be considered an added advantage.
