Your Responsibilities
As a Relationship Officer – Retail Affluent, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent and high-value clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Provide professional financial advisory services while ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within the affluent customer segment.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend solutions that align with changing financial needs.
- Build long-term client loyalty through consistent engagement and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
What Will Make You Successful?
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience within insurance, banking, wealth management, or a related financial services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and business development targets.
- Experience managing affluent or high-net-worth clients will be highly advantageous.
