We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to inspire learners and support the delivery of engaging visual and creative arts instruction.

Role Purpose

You will deliver engaging and structured Creative Arts lessons that develop learners’ artistic skills, creativity, and self-expression. You will encourage innovation, support talent development, and create a positive and inspiring classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Creative Arts lessons aligned with the school curriculum
• Teach learners various artistic techniques including drawing, painting, and craftwork
• Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and practical work
• Maintain a well-organized and inspiring classroom environment
• Support students in developing portfolios and creative projects
• Participate in school exhibitions, events, and extracurricular activities
• Maintain student records and provide feedback to parents and school management
• Promote discipline, respect, and positive behaviour in the classroom

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma, HND, or Degree in Education, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Applicants may apply for Full-time or Part-time positions

Location Preference: Candidates residing around Dawhenya, Tema Community 25, and Prampram are strongly encouraged to apply
