Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The successful candidate will develop engaging content, execute social media campaigns, monitor online engagement, and help strengthen the organization’s brand awareness and audience reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage daily social media activities, including content planning, community engagement, and audience interaction.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to support campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Optimize content strategies based on audience insights and campaign performance.
- Support brand-building initiatives and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
- Assist in managing online reputation and enhancing customer engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, communications, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business, brand, or organization.
- Experience with social media analytics and performance reporting will be an advantage.
