We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager – Lamination Supervisor to strengthen our production operations.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager – Lamination Supervisor will oversee lamination production operations, ensuring efficient machine performance, high-quality output, and adherence to production schedules. The role provides technical and supervisory leadership to the lamination team and supports continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, maintain production standards, and ensure optimal use of materials, equipment, and manpower within the lamination department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lamination operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal operational efficiency and output quality.
• Lead and coordinate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues related to lamination processes and machinery.
• Optimize material usage to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of production activities, machine logs, and shift reports.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff to improve technical competence and discipline.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the lamination department.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

• 13–15 years of relevant experience in lamination operations within a manufacturing environment.
