Programme Overview
The National Service Programme provides recent graduates with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international development organization while contributing to projects that support national development priorities.
Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and gain exposure to diverse technical and operational functions within GIZ Ghana.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the programme, applicants must:
- Be completing a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from an accredited tertiary institution by the end of the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Be eligible to undertake Ghana’s mandatory National Service Programme for the 2026/2027 service year.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning, growth, and professional development.
- Exhibit high ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity.
- Be willing to work collaboratively within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for contributing to development-focused initiatives and projects.
