Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of tools, hardware, equipment, and related products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customers with accurate product information.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales agreements, and close sales transactions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage, preferably in hardware, tools, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
