Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will contribute to content creation, digital marketing activities, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement while helping to elevate the company’s visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that support organizational objectives and brand growth.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase audience engagement and reach.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support the planning and promotion of events, programs, and communication initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing projects successfully.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Support media relations, public engagement activities, and corporate communication efforts as required.
- Track marketing metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and online engagement techniques.
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
