Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Provide professional product information, guidance, and recommendations to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens brand loyalty and customer engagement.
Sales Reporting & Administration
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Track competitor activities, market developments, and customer feedback, providing insights to management.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Experience within FMCG, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships.
