Position Summary
Marketing Support Consultancy is seeking experienced and results-oriented Field Supervisors to oversee and coordinate field data collection activities across project locations nationwide. The successful candidate will lead field teams, ensure compliance with project methodologies and quality standards, and support the successful delivery of research projects within established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate field enumerators to ensure data collection activities are conducted according to project requirements, methodologies, and timelines.
- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to field teams on survey procedures, interview techniques, and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor fieldwork progress and conduct spot checks to ensure adherence to project protocols and data quality requirements.
- Review completed questionnaires and collected data to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage field logistics, schedules, respondent recruitment activities, and communication between field teams and project management.
- Prepare and submit daily field reports, track team performance, and escalate operational challenges when necessary.
- Identify and resolve fieldwork issues promptly to maintain project efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with research ethics, respondent confidentiality, and organizational policies.
- Validate and verify collected data before submission to minimize errors and improve overall data quality.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, community representatives, and local authorities to facilitate smooth field operations where required.
- Monitor team productivity and provide constructive feedback to improve performance and effectiveness.
- Ensure project targets, quotas, timelines, and quality expectations are achieved within approved budgets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in market research, field operations, survey management, or data collection projects.
- Demonstrated experience supervising and managing field enumerators or research teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of data collection methodologies, sampling techniques, and quality control procedures.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and other digital data collection tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare field reports and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work in diverse field locations nationwide.
