Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Administration / Procurement Officer to support day-to-day administrative operations and manage procurement activities. In this role, you will ensure efficient office administration, timely sourcing of goods and services, and compliance with procurement procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle procurement of goods and services in line with approved procedures
  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and evaluate vendor proposals
  • Prepare purchase orders and track delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of office supplies
  • Support budget tracking and ensure cost-effective procurement practices
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and organizational standards
  • Assist in general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration or procurement
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement systems
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
