Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle procurement of goods and services in line with approved procedures
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and evaluate vendor proposals
- Prepare purchase orders and track delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of office supplies
- Support budget tracking and ensure cost-effective procurement practices
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and organizational standards
- Assist in general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration or procurement
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement systems
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
