Position Summary

Central University invites applications from distinguished academics and accomplished professionals for the position of Professor – Anatomy.

The successful candidate will provide academic leadership in teaching, research, curriculum development, and scholarly activities within the discipline of Anatomy. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medical and health sciences education while mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals and researchers.

The Professor will play a key role in strengthening academic excellence, fostering research innovation, and supporting the University’s strategic objectives.

Educational and Professional Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• A minimum of a PhD in Anatomy or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

OR

• For clinicians, a minimum of a membership certificate from a recognized professional body.

In addition, applicants must have:

• At least twenty-four (24) publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
• A proven record of excellence in teaching, research, and academic scholarship.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising student research and academic projects.
• A strong commitment to advancing higher education and scientific inquiry.
