Key Responsibilities
- Support daily wholesale pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Receive, organize, and manage pharmaceutical stock in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, stock monitoring, and stock reconciliation activities.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate product information and professional support to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and product movements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and maintain high service standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or within a pharmaceutical company.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and wholesale operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Focused, organized, and results-driven approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
