We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers to support factory construction, installation, and operational activities.
Position Summary
The General Laborer will provide essential support for construction, installation, maintenance, and operational activities across factory projects. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient completion of tasks while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Perform construction, installation, and maintenance tasks in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
- Assist with factory construction activities, including civil works, steel works, equipment installation, and site preparation.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support supervisors, engineers, technicians, and project teams in completing assigned tasks and project milestones.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, construction sites, and operational facilities.
- Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and maintenance activities.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Identify and report potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and equipment issues.
- Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors to support operational and project objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance, or a related field.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment related to construction and maintenance activities.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in an industrial setting.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality work.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of a Junior High School Certificate, Senior High School Certificate, Technical/Vocational Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
- Any other relevant industry-recognized certification
