Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Officer to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will actively engage clients, support loan processing activities, and ensure efficient field operations while upholding high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients to grow the customer base
• Engage clients and promote the company’s financial products and services
• Complete and submit accurate loan application forms
• Prepare and compile credit reports for assessment and approval
• Conduct daily sales collection and ensure proper retirement/settlement of sales records
• Maintain accurate field records and submit timely reports to supervisors
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through professional interactions
