Key Responsibilities
As an Operations & Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative and operational support across various business functions.
- Coordinate daily office activities and ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
- Create simple, engaging visual content for social media and internal communications using Canva.
- Manage and schedule content across the company’s social media platforms.
- Support office coordination, reporting, and documentation processes.
- Assist with special projects and other operational tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, organized, and productive work environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of one (1) year of work experience. Fresh National Service graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
