We are seeking a creative, passionate, and highly skilled Photographer & Videographer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to capture and showcase the impact of our work through compelling visual storytelling that enhances our brand, engages audiences, and supports business growth.

Position Summary

The Photographer & Videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that communicates the company’s activities, products, projects, and achievements. The successful candidate will manage the full content production process—from concept development and content capture to editing and final delivery—while ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

• Capture high-quality photographs of company operations, agricultural activities, products, projects, staff, events, and stakeholder engagements.
• Plan and execute professional photo shoots for marketing, advertising, promotional, and corporate communication purposes.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs to ensure exceptional quality and brand consistency.
• Organize, manage, and maintain a comprehensive digital library of visual assets.
• Apply creative techniques, composition principles, and effective lighting to produce engaging and impactful imagery.
• Ensure all photography projects meet established quality standards and deadlines.

Videography

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and special projects.
• Produce promotional videos, documentaries, interviews, testimonials, training materials, event coverage, and social media content.
• Develop compelling visual stories that effectively communicate the company’s mission, products, achievements, and impact.
• Operate and maintain cameras, drones, lighting systems, microphones, and other production equipment.
• Manage the entire video production process, including concept development, scripting support, filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
• Ensure all video content meets professional production standards and aligns with brand guidelines.

Content Development & Brand Support

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts and visual campaigns.
• Create engaging multimedia content optimized for websites, social media platforms, presentations, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Support corporate branding efforts through innovative visual storytelling and content creation.
• Ensure all visual content reflects Agro Kings Limited’s brand identity, values, and communication objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in photography, videography, content creation, and digital media.

Event Coverage

• Provide photography and videography coverage for corporate events, training programs, field activities, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
• Produce event highlights, recap videos, photo galleries, and post-event content within agreed timelines.
• Capture key moments and success stories that strengthen the company’s brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Photography, Videography, Multimedia Production, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in photography, videography, and multimedia content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, video production, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar applications.
• Experience operating professional cameras, drones, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools.
• Strong understanding of digital content creation, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
• Knowledge of composition, lighting, color correction, color grading, and visual communication principles.
• Drone operation certification or relevant aviation compliance training will be an added advantage.
